Gluten Free Vegan Mockball Sub Here I used left over Lentil Balls to make a gluten free vegan version of a meatball sub. I used my Gluten Free Vegan Bread dough. shaped them into sub rolls and baked them. Then I simply heated the Lentil Balls in some pasta sauce. Then I put them onto the center of the gluten free sub rolls, topped with more sauce, then some vegan cheese. It was a another big hit. The best was that I was able to make the Lentil Balls one day then use them in three different dishes to feed the family. Talk about recycling! Even though it took some time and love to make the Gluten Free Vegan Lentil Balls in the beginning, in the end I ended up saving more time.
