Our last Broadlands Neighborhood Block Party

Just like probably every neighborhood in America we are going to a block party. This one is extra special because it is the last neighborhood party before our family moves to Boulder next month. We have lived in our neighborhood for the past 9 years and have great friendships we will miss. To share with my wonderful neighbors I have prepared a roman tomato salad with balsamic reduction, turkey pesto club sandwiches on ciabatta baguette, gluten free chocolate truffle cookies, and special adult drinks. I made two special adult drinks, serving them in individual ball jars to be passed with ease. One is a arnold pulmer with vodka and the other is an ice pick with mint. These are very refreshing and gives a punch if you are not careful. I wish you all happy memorial day. Enjoy and be safe.
