Happy Birthday to Me! I had such a nice birthday yesterday. My kids and hubby let me sleep in, got a latte to start the day, and had this wonderful cake brownie my hubby made. He made me this Gluten free vegan double layer chocolate brownie cake. Layer 1 is a fudge brownie and layer 2 is a truffle chocolate brownie. The center has caramelized cane sugar and shredded coconut. Then the whole thing was topped with shredded coconut and shaved madagascar chocolate. Really tasty and a very special sugary treat to celebrate my birthday.
