Laughing Goat Latte

My family and I arrived in Boulder, Colorado yesterday. We are on a family research trip to see if this is an area we would like to move our family. We got up early because we are still on east coast time. We went out the front door of our rental and was greeted with the beautiful sun and views of the mountains. It was amazing! Instead of searching for a place to get breakfast we decided to just take a walk in one direction and see where we landed. After walking for about 5 minutes we came across The Laughing Goat. It’s a local coffee shop serving organic fair trade coffee. As we walked in the atmosphere was so nice and welcoming, just our type of place. When we got to the counter we were surprised to see a huge selection of gluten free vegan breads and baked goods. For breakfast I chose to have a nice soy latte with their gluten free vegan pumpkin bread. So tasty. It was a nice treat for me to eat at a place and not worry about the food. This put a check on the pro side for Boulder.
