Erin McKenna’s Wonder Buns

Babycakes is this amazing gluten free vegan bakery in NYC.  Erin is an amazing baker and has two baking books on the market. I have visited her bakery with a friend last year and it was so amazing.  Such a cute bakery with some very fun employees.

I have used her first book so much that it is starting to fall apart.  ”Babycakes Covers the Classics” is her latest book and I have made several things from it.  I don’t love it as much as the first but it is still worth the purchase.  

I had a baking day yesterday because it was cold and very wet outside.  Making these and serving them to my kids as they came home from school was a real treat.  My husband came home later in the evening and couldn’t help eating a few before dinner.
