Jam Bars

I am getting prepared to head up to Camp Ballibay for the summer. I am collecting loads of recipes and ideas to help me this summer working with the campers. I decided to try out one of my recipes but make it gluten free and vegan. These are jam bars. They are super quick and easy to make. They can be eaten as a dessert, for breakfast, or even as a snack.
