Singing bowls have been used for centuries and is one of the first natural methods of healing. The sound, vibration, frequencies and energies of singing bowls are relaxing, meditative, restorative, balancing, and powerfully healing.
Although commonly referred to as Tibetan Singing Bowls it is more accurately called Himalayan Singing Bowls, as they are present throughout the Himalayan regions of Nepal, India and Tibet. Singing bowls were initially native to Nepal and India where the metals to make these bowls were present, then later brought to Tibet. Variations of singing bowls can also be found in Japan, Korea, China and Mongolia.
Himalayan Singing Bowls generate a range of sounds and vibrations to tune and restore the body, mind, and soul to its natural frequency and bring it back into balance. They promote healing from stress disorders, pain, depression, and most forms of dis-ease.
