Find a quiet place for your meditation and prepare to take the next 9 minutes just for you!
Sit on the floor with legs crossed at the ankles or on a chair with both feet firmly on the floor.
Keep your spine straight from the base of your tailbone to the top of your head, as if you are sitting right up against a wall.
Relax your body, drop your shoulders and any other tension you may be holding.
Close your eyes, take a deep breath in through your nose, and slowly exhale out through your mouth. Do this as slowly and deeply as you can, equal parts in and equal parts out. Do this breath two more times.
Then play the guided clarity meditation with your eyes closed.
